All orders are processed and shipped from our Melbourne workshop. Orders placed and paid before our daily cut-off are dispatched the same business day; orders paid later are dispatched the next business day. We do not process or ship on weekends or public holidays. In-store pickup Prefer to collect? Choose in-store pickup at our Braeside VIC 3195 workshop. Proof of ID and proof of purchase are required at collection. Uncollected pickup orders are forfeited after 30 days. Free standard shipping over $99.99 Orders over $99.99 shipped within Australia qualify for FREE standard shipping via Sendle, with signature required on delivery. Orders under $99.99 • Standard flat rate — $9.99 (4–8 business days) • Express flat rate — $14.99 (1–3 business days) International orders We ship internationally via Australia Post. Import duties and taxes may apply in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of purchase, for both domestic and international orders. Faulty, wrong or missing items If your product arrives faulty or incorrect, or an item is missing, contact us with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
