Welcome to Millennium Lighting. By using this website and placing an order or booking with us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. 1. About us Millennium Lighting supplies and installs automotive LED lighting and vehicle-security products. Our business and contact details are on our Contact page. 2. Pricing and payment All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept cash, bank transfer, card, PayPal and Afterpay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is accepted. 3. Orders Your order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we send confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide a full refund. 4. Bookings and deposits Some installation services require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation Policy — please review it before booking. 5. Shipping and returns Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. 6. Warranty Products and installations are covered as described in our Warranty Policy and by the Australian Consumer Law. 7. Your responsibilities You agree to provide accurate information when ordering or booking, and to ensure any vehicle presented for installation is available and roadworthy for the work booked. 8. Liability Nothing in these terms excludes rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the resupply of goods or services, or the cost of resupply. 9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always appears on this page.
